Payment Methods

Orders can be paid for with:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer

It is not possible in any way to change the payment methods made available directly by the system.

Cash on delivery

It is currently not possible to pay on delivery.

Payment failed

It is possible that authorisation of payment with your credit card will fail on the first attempt.

Non-authorisation does not entail any charge and may be due to various reasons:

- If you have saved your card, the expiry date or card number may be incorrect 

- Insufficient funds in the Credit Card

- The amount of your order exceeds the spending limit of your card

- Restrictions of your credit institution for certain types of online purchases

- Card not 3ds-enabled

In case of rejected or unsuccessful payments send us an e-mail hereentry in the payment entry and in the failed payment detail.

We kindly ask you to provide the following data:

- the e-mail address with which you access MOLISH: 

- from which device you are trying to make the purchase: pc, tablet, ipad, mobile phone

- Do you get an error screen? If so, which one. Please email a photo

- date of attempted purchase 

- the amount 

- payment method used: if by card indicate the last 4 digits of the card and if by paypal the email used.

Order placed not found on personal area

If you have received payment confirmation from your credit institution but cannot find your order in the My Orders section within your MOLISH profile, please contact us.

We kindly ask you to indicate:

- the email address from which you placed the order on our platform - the name of the order holder. - the date of purchase, - the amount spent - the payment method used: if by credit card, the last 4 digits of the card and if by paypal the transaction number, thank you.
